As leader of the boutique corporate law firm, she provides legal guidance and services to a wide range of clients, including U.S. mid-market and smaller companies, international businesses, and startups. Dyan Gershman is also fluent in French which is helpful with her French-speaking international clients. Dyan Gershman has more than three decades of experience as a corporate lawyer and previously held senior executive positions with General Electric Company (GE) and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Dyan Gershman began her corporate legal career in the New York City office of the global law firm Jones Day.

While serving as executive counsel for transactions and finance at GE headquarters for over eight years, Dyan Gershman advised senior management on structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and divestitures, most valued at between $500 million and $2 billion, though some were much larger. She earned the CEO Award for Outstanding Performance for her work on the sale of GE Advanced Materials to Apollo Management for $3.8 billion.

Moreover, Dyan Gershman received the President's Award for Outstanding Achievement from Bristol-Myers Squibb for leading the sale of Matrix Essentials to L'Oreal. This is Bristol-Myers Squibb’s highest award, and she was the first lawyer to ever earn this honor. She also led the company's $7.8 billion acquisition of DuPont Pharmaceuticals Company.
